Community members shared concerns about vehicle speeding, difficulty crossing the street, and congestion. These changes will be installed August 14 to August 15 and will be in place through October.
This safety improvement will:
Narrow travel lanes to slow drivers
Shorten the crossing distance for people walking
Increase visibility for people crossing the street
